Ali Haider Ahmad at Kristina's Restaurant provides most of the food for this fun event but it takes quite a crew to prepare and serve it all:

• Set-up crew - prepare seating area, put out garbage cans, arrange serving tables
• Monitoring crew - clean tables as needed, refill condiments, patrol trash cans
• Clean-up crew - put away tables, sweep/mop floor
• Food gathering - coffee, milk, ham
• Food preparation - mix pancake batter and cook; break, whip and cook eggs; mix juice; cut meat; prepare coffee; set out milk
