Carnival

Everyone had a great time at the Carnival - there were so many happy kids running around!

It was decided at the end of the last school year to move the Spring Carnival to the fall. Unfortunately, due to a scheduling conflict with the Author Festival, the Fall Carnival will be postponed until next October. This should give all those who want to be involved plenty of time to create a great event.
In order to have a successful Carnival, the following tasks need to be addressed:
- planning committee (oversees event, pays bills)
- raffle committee (contact businesses for donations, make signs, get tickets and ticket holders, etc)
- set-up crew
- clean-up crew
- prize committee (buy, organize, and distribute prizes)
- food committee (plan menu, order and fix food, set prices, gather baked goods for sale and game booth(s),
- activities committee (games booths,
